Aussie singer Kylie Minogue shot an advert for stylist pal William Baker, who captured a scantily clad image of her lover Andres Velencoso and created a dapper, suited version using trickery.

The design was developed in keeping with the perfume ‘Inverse’s aim to show two sides of a modern man, “”encompassing his intrinsic masculinity and his softer, more sensitive side,” as per the manufacturers.

“With Inverse, I wanted to celebrate the diversity of the opposite sex and create a fragrance for all these men I love, and yet, I also suspect that a woman will want to wear Inverse to appeal to a man with a fragrance they both find irresistible,” the Mirror quoted Kylie as saying.

She took the stage overnight for a duet with ABBA's Benny Andersson, but Kylie Minogue had fans saying "Mamma Mia" for other reasons this weekend.

Minogue attracted the gaze of fans and British media when she was seen in London wearing a partially see-through white dress that clung tightly to her figure.

Minogue happily signed autographs and posed in the racy, crocheted dress for fans, as she made her way from her home to a recording studio, the News of the World said.

The Australian popstar later had her fans in raptures again when she sang with ABBA's Benny Andersson at the 'Thank You For The Music' tribute show at London's Hyde Park on Sunday night (UK time).

Aussie pop princess Minogue, 41, is said to have also shocked an onlooker at New York’s trendy B Bar with her public outburst.

“At some point, Kylie and Andres got separated. When Kylie found him, she slapped him in the face with a fan,” the Sun quoted the onlooker as saying.

Pop singer Kylie Minogue has her sights set on a career as a comedy actress.

The Aussie singer rose to fame in Australian day-time soap opera 'Neighbours' and has returned to her thespian roots several times throughout her career, with a cameo role in 2001's 'Moulin Rouge!' and on the small screen in a 'Dr. Who' Christmas special last year.

She was recently tapped to appear in a new movie by 'The Edge of Love' director John Maybury.

And now the singer is planning to go back to acting full time.

"Recording and being a performer, thankfully that's gone really well, but now I'm starting to think again about acting," she added.

And the 'Spinning Around' hitmaker is convinced she has found her niche in comedy.

Kylie Minogue goes extravagant for on-off lover

Aussie pop princess Kylie Minogue put on an extravagant show for her on-off lover Alexander Dahm, who had flown 6,000 miles just to see her sizzling show in London.

Dahm, a 40-year-old movie director, was seated in the VIP area right next to the stage in the capitals O2 Arena, where Minogue performed in a series of sexy outfits.

As the show went on, Dahm spent much of the evening filming Kylie with a video camera as she sang her hits.

“Alex was standing about a metre away from Kylie. He even got out his video camera to record the show,” the Daily Mirror quoted an insider as saying.

This is the second time that the father of two has flown to London to be with Kylie.

In March, he visited her in London for six days, where they spent most of the time holed up in her Chelsea pad.

“Kylie had organised for Alex to be standing as close to her as possible. She made sure he had access to all areas and even allowed him to film her on his video camera,” the pop insider said of August 1 concert.

Dahm was filming the show very discreetly, and was filming just certain parts of it.

“Because Kylie and Alex are such good friends, she spoke to him loads about the tour during the planning stages. So it was only right she invited him over to see the finished product," a pal who knows the couple added.

The pair first met last January in Acapulco, Mexico where Dahm was on a film shoot and Kylie was modelling bikinis for her H&M swimwear range.
