Actress Jennifer Aniston is planning to take a year-long break from work "to enjoy herself".

"Jen's taking a year off from work to enjoy herself," usmagazine.com quoted an insider as saying.

Another source revealed that after "Horrible Bosses" and "Wanderlust", the only project that would be left on her platter is "The Goree Girls", her production company's long delayed project.

Jennifer Aniston reportedly woke up at 5a.m in the morning and ran laps around New Jersey’s Monmouth Park racecourse to maintain her fitness while shooting new film ‘The Bounty.’

“She showed up every morning at 5am to run laps on the giant oval for a solid hour before cameras rolled,” Contactmusic quoted a source as saying.

The ‘Break-Up’ star apparently prefers running to other fitness regimes as it keeps her thighs and calves toned.

The latest issue of US Weekly magazine Aniston admitted that she was “screwed over” by Bradley Cooper.

Aniston feels rejected and upset after Cooper ditched her for Renee Zellweger.

“She wanted to turn her date with Cooper into something…she honestly feels screwed over,” a close friend of Aniston told the magazine.

Aniston dined at NYC eatery Il Cantinori on June 18 with her He’s Just Not That Into You costar — a few weeks before he began dating Zellweger.
