Urmila Matondkar has enjoyed being a sêx siren for almost a decade in Bollywood and given her hot persona one would hardly believe that she also has a ‘religious’ side to herself!
“The actress was recently shooting for her tv show ‘Waar Parriwar’ and was dressed in a beautiful white anarkali salwaar suit with golden embroidery. Urmila was looking as sêxy as ever inspite of her sporting a traditional Indian outfit! However, what surprised everyone was her belief in religion and spirituality” revealed an audience member of the show.
He added, “All the contestants were dressed according to their respective religion as religion was the theme and also sang songs representing their culture. The production house went over board with the decorations. From Ganpathy, Saraswati, Krishna, to Cross, Gurudwara and Durgah the production house had decorated the stage beautifully with the sacred idols. Since the stage had presence of the sacred idols not only the participants, it was also Urmila who decided to go bare foot on the stage when her makeup artist and manager had requested her to wear slippers since she had to move around on the stage. A spiritual Urmila didn’t throw any fits or temper tantrums and shot the whole episode barefoot unlike other stars!”
Now that’s why we are proud of our Marathi mulgi!
